Is the Free package really free?+
Yes. The Heart Health Assessment, BP tracking, history, trends, medication reminders, health education, and BP check locations are all available at no cost. Forever. No credit card required.
When will Starter and Premium launch?+
We're rolling out Starter and Premium soon. Get in touch via info@ovanahealth.com and we'll keep you posted on availability and pricing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Start with Free, and upgrade to Starter or Premium when you're ready. No long-term lock-in.
What if I already have a BP monitor?+
You're set. The BP monitor is an optional add-on with Starter or Premium — only add it if you need one. Everything else comes standard with your package.
Do you offer the packages outside Nigeria?+
The Free package works wherever you are. Starter and Premium are available in select markets at launch, expanding across the continent. Contact us to check availability in your country.
Can my employer or insurer cover the cost?+
Yes — many of our institutional partners cover Starter or Premium packages for their members or employees as part of their wellness programmes. Ask your HR team or insurer, or get in touch and we'll help facilitate.
